FS系列往复式旋转喷淋清洗机
“富怡达”牌FS系列往复式旋转喷淋清洗机主要用于大型金属工件特别是铸铁件机加工后的除油、除屑清洗。是利用高压水泵将清洗液喷射到工件表面，将粘附在工件表面的油污、铁屑剥离下来的清洗方法完成清洗工作。清洗时喷淋嘴不动，承托工件的工件台水平转动从而达到全面清洗的目的。清洗作业时操作员只需将待清洗产品吊装到清洗托盘上，按下启动按钮设备即自动将工件送入工作室进行喷淋清洗、喷淋漂洗（防锈）、切水后再送回到工作室外。广泛应用于压缩机壳体、电梯轮轱、大型轴承、发动机缸体等大型工件的清洗。
